There’s a pothole and a pothole
And a pothole in the road
Perhaps a puddle is a pothole
Watch it there and there you’re told
And the town will pave the potholes
Yes there sort of are a lot
And I’ve heard we call them potholes
It’s throwing money in a pot
For the front ends become twisted
And the rims might become bent
More money in the potholes
It’s more money being spent
I guess it sort of happens
I hope it happens not to you
So be careful for the potholes
And the puddles you drive through
Potholes and Puddles
